Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Mrque (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02 Description of service
Mrque provides private, temporary preview links for HTML, CSS, and JS projects. Links are never indexed by search engines. The Service is intended for web designers and developers sharing work-in-progress projects with clients.
03 Your account
You must sign in using Google or GitHub OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
04 Acceptable use
You agree not to use Mrque to share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringes on third-party intellectual property. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
05 Uploads and storage
You retain ownership of all files you upload. By uploading, you grant Mrque a limited license to store and serve your files solely for the purpose of delivering the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
06 Link expiry and data retention
Preview links expire according to your plan tier. After expiry, links become inaccessible. Uploaded files may be deleted 30 days after link expiry. We are not responsible for data loss — keep backups of your own files.
07 Payments and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. All charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
08 Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
09 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
10 Limitation of liability
Mrque is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mrque shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
12 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
